Software and reporting terms Foster Flowers grants each approved nursery a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the hosted Nursery App for its own business while its account is active. Do not copy, resell, or provide your account to another business. You retain ownership of the records you enter. There is no software fee; donations are voluntary and do not affect access. Your account remains pending until the software owner approves it.
Your saved plant, inventory, pricing, customer, order, and invoice records remain in your separate nursery account. The software owner can view your account contact details and aggregate figures: number of distinct plant entries, current plants in stock, and total issued invoice sales. These figures are required for hosted use. The owner directory does not provide your individual customers, orders, prices, or plant list.
Your nursery is responsible for the accuracy of its records and for keeping its own downloadable backups. You can request correction or closure of your account. If hosted service ends, you will be given an opportunity to export your nursery data where reasonably possible. Supplier descriptions and photographs remain subject to their respective rights.
Contact the software owner to ask about account records, exports, or closure. These terms may be updated; a new version will require a new acceptance before continued use.
